WHAT GOES ON THE FIRST 8 WEEKS OF OUR PUPPIES' LIVES?

We train all our puppies using the Puppy Culture method which is a comprehensive, science-based program designed to guide puppies through their critical development stages, week by week, to ensure they grow into well-adjusted and confident dogs.  In the first few weeks, the focus is on early neurological stimulation exercises, which help puppies develop stronger stress responses and resilience.  As they reach the third and forth weeks, we introduce socialization activities, gradually exposing them to different sounds, sights, and textures.  By weeks five and six, the puppies begin to learn important behaviors, such as potty training, crate training, and basic commands, all through positive reinforcement.  Puppies are vet checked and cleared, dewormed, and receive their first set of vaccinations at six weeks as well.  During weeks seven and eight, the emphasis is on problem-solving exercises and continued socialization, ensuring they are well-prepared for life in their new homes.  Each week builds on the previous one, creating a solid foundation that helps puppies transition smoothly into their forever families with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
